From Italy to Aberystwyth, a familiar face returns to Abertoir: we’re over the moon to announce that Fabio Frizzi and the Frizzi2Fulci band are bringing us ZOMBIE: THE COMPOSER’S CUT for 2024!

Better known in the UK as Zombie Flesh Eaters, Lucio Fulci’s famous, gory cult classic has one of the most recognisable and beloved musical scores in horror history.

Now, 45 years later, the film’s renowned composer Fabio Frizzi has reworked his own music for the film for an unforgettable live experience.

The film will feature all the original dialogue and bone-crunching sound effects we know and love, but the score, expanded into a brand new experience, will be played live by the band alongside it.

Even if you’ve watched and rewatched until your old pre-cert has worn out, this is a very rare chance to enjoy a cult favourite like you’ve never seen or heard it before!
